This is work
I know well.

This is work I know well.

A lot of my clients are used to handling things on their own in demanding situations. I’ve been in those environments too, so we can get to what matters more quickly. I’m here to listen, understand how things work for you, and help you sort through it in a way that feels useful.

I often work with:

Burnout

Feeling wiped out, struggling to focus, never enough time for yourself.

High-Functioning Anxiety

Your mind keeps spinning even when everything seems “fine.”

Perfectionism

High standards that never let up, second-guessing yourself, stuck on the small stuff.

We’ll work well together if:

You really want to understand yourself

You’re not “just like this.” Understanding why you push and feel the way you do gives you more choice.

You appreciate a little levity

We do real work, but it’s not all serious. You’ll probably laugh more than you expect.

You want someone fully in your corner, and real with you

I notice, listen, and give honest feedback when it matters.
